This is actually taken a few weeks ago. She really hate posing with these flowers, but I made her....that's what mean moms do:) I was just worried that it was to dark to get some on Halloween and I was right...I still got some with pop up flash and all, but I haven't taken them off my camera yet. I will share more later. 
Yesterday I realized how much I forget about the things Sofia say and it makes me kind of sad. She told Maurice her first made up joke a month or so ago and it was not funny, but she laughed so hard herself. It was so cute, but now I can't remember it any more...it's kind of sad. I decided that I'm going to write down our conversation while I take her picture so at least I will not forget those. She still speak in short sentences so it's not much to write.
Me: can I take a picture of you?
Sofia: Emmm, no.
Me: What about the monkey...can I take a picture of it? (She got to wear her pj's to daycare today because of Halloween).
Sofia: Emmmmmmmmm, sure.
Me: Lay down so I can take it.
Sofia: ok, I lay down for you mamma.
Me: I got it.
Sofia: Can I watch Dora now?
Me: No.
Sofia: why?
Me: Because we are going to play.
Sofia: Nooooo, I want to watch Doooooora. I don't want to play. 
I took one of her too even though she has said no:)
I needed to take some pictures of Sofia fast today so I had to do some bribing. This is how it went....
Me: I can I take a picture of you?
Sofia: emmmm, no.
Me: Why not?
Sofia: Because.
Me: Because why?
Sofia: Because I'm a frog.
Me: look at me Sofia.
Sofia: I don't want to.
Me:You got to look at me or we'll go inside.

Me: I got a lollipop...who wants one?
Sofia: Me, me, me, mamma.
Me: Look at me Sofia for one picture.
Sofia: No mamma, I'm eating my lollipop.
Me: Please, look at me.
Sofia: No, I got stuff in my mouth.
Me: Give me my lollipop back...I'm coming to get it.
Sofia: No mamma, I'm hiding it. You can't find it.
Me:Let me take a picture of the lollipop.
Sofia: Ok mamma, here.
Sofia went to a birthday party this weekend and she got her face painted by some awesome face painters. First she didn't want to do it, but after getting it done she was soooo proud and would not stop talking about it. This picture is taken that evening after some wild playing...look at the messy hair...and some crying after falling and busting her lip. It still was holding up:) 
We went to a fall festival on Sunday with friends and it was so fun. The girls love each other and they always have so much fun together.

Emma loved coming down too, but it took her forever to get to the top of the slide. All the kids were passing her in there but when she finally got to the top she loved to slide down.

I'm tired and haven't uploaded or edited any pictures of Sofia since last week so here's one that never was posted:)
Maurice took these of us today....I haven't been in pictures in forever so it was about time. My goal for the next few moths is to be in more pictures since I think that's important:) 
My dolls and I are eating cookies together.
If you are looking closely you will see that Sofia has 2 Dora dolls on her lap and she pretended that they both shared her cookie with her. She's a pretty nice girl...sharing her cookie and all:)
I finally took some pictures this evening. Sofia really wanted some pictures of her with the pumpkin she got last weekend while going to the pumpkin patch with Jaki and Joshua. (I keep forgetting to post the picture Jaki sent me from there....I got to post them this week). Here's some snaps of her with the pumpkin. 
She's trying to wear the flower behind her ear and she had a difficult time getting it to stay. She did not want to give up either. 
Not Sofia...me. I've been slacking on this blog for the past week. I've just been so busy.
One from a few weeks ago that I like. She's dancing for me since she loves to dance. 
At 5:30 pm if was cold enough that I had to wear a hat. It's crazy how fast the weather can change here.
Anyway, Sofia is feeling better and was able to return to daycare today...she was sooo tired and grumpy this morning and it was a horrible morning at our house, but ended up having a good day. 
I took these of Sofia the other day and i will be sharing more from this session later this week since I'm not sure if I will have time to take pictures. She's just so cute in these and I'm amazed how much more grown up she has gotten in the past few months. She's seriously changing day by day. I love being a mom to such a big girl:)
She's been sick, but we went to the doctor fist thing this morning and got some meds for an ear infection. She will return to daycare tomorrow unless she gets a fever over night again.
I actually love this picture of her. It's such a fun expression.

We took Sofia out for a bike ride this morning and it was beautiful out. Doesn't she look cute in her new skinny jeans? I think so:)
She woke up from her nap crying saying her ear is hurting...maybe she's not getting better. I really hope it's not an ear infection. We gave her some Tylenol and I hope she will feel better soon.
